PAR2
This project, carried out by Altnor Construction, involves the construction of a building with seven specialized residences, including a community office area. Built with a wood and brick structure, it was completed in June 2025.

LES JARDINS MERCIER
Between 2022 and 2024, Altnor Construction carried out the expansion of the Les Jardins Mercier residence for independent seniors as part of the SHDM’s Condo Access Program. This second phase, built in concrete, includes 77 residential units across six storeys with an indoor parking garage, located on Saint-Jean-Baptiste Boulevard in Mercier.

OSHA REMARQUABLE HABITAT
Altius Développement and Altnor Construction completed this real estate complex between 2017 and 2023. The residential project was developed on the former site of the Maisonneuve Chevrolet GMC dealership, at the corner of Sainte-Catherine Street East and Nicolet Street. Built with a wood-frame structure, the building rises four storeys with a basement and mezzanine and was delivered in six phases, for a total of 220 condominium units.

NÉO CONDOS
Altius Développement carried out this project between 2017 and 2019. This concrete complex includes 74 condominium units and offers high-quality common areas, including a rooftop terrace, an urban chalet with a kitchen, bathroom, and lounge. The ground floor is designated for commercial use, contributing to the vitality of the area. This project was financed in collaboration with the CGF Group.

MÙV 2 CONDOS
Altius Développement carried out this project between 2018 and 2020, in collaboration with Groupe Allard-Ménard and QMD as the general contractor. The project consists of 146 condominium units and 2 commercial spaces, located in the heart of Rosemont. The project benefits from a prime location facing Parc Pélican and construction financing from the National Bank of Canada.

VERDI SUR LA PARC
Completed between 2012 and 2014, this residential project consists of 24 affordable condominium units in a wood structure, spread across two 3-story buildings with a mezzanine, totaling 12 units each. Located on the Joseph-Morin roundabout, it benefits from a prime location near the Marc-Aurèle-Fortin linear park.

MÙV 1 CONDOS
In 2015, Altius Développement completed MÙV Condos, a 183-unit residential project in the heart of Rosemont. Built on the former Norampac factory site, the development enjoys a prime location facing Pelican Park. Developed in collaboration with Groupe Allard-Ménard and Cosoltec as the general contractor, the project also benefited from the support of financial partners such as the real estate funds of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, with construction financing provided by the National Bank of Canada.

LES LOFTS DE LA BISCUITERIE
PHASE II
Tied to the Viau Biscuit Factory project, this development consists of 70 concrete loft-style units, located in the more recent section of the factory built in the 1950s. Spread across three floors, the project offers condominiums with an industrial feel, staying true to the authentic character of the site. Completed in collaboration with the Real Estate Fund of the FTQ Solidarity Fund and benefiting from construction financing from the Desjardins Movement, this project is a testament to a strong partnership and a shared vision focused on urban revitalization and architectural quality.

LA BISCUITERIE VIAU
LES LOFTS AUTHENTIQUES
Completed between 2005 and 2007, the revitalization of the former Viau Biscuit Factory in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve transformed this iconic site into a residential complex with nearly 400 units. The former factory and its grounds were converted into loft-style condominiums, spread across 4 floors.
