president
Jacques Plante, president and founder of Groupe Altius and Altnor Construction, has more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and construction in Québec and Canada. Known for his strategic leadership and expertise in public-private partnerships, he has delivered more than 1,100 housing units and led large-scale, high-yield projects.

vice-president
Ronald J. Panneton, Vice President and Partner, holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with minors in Law and International Business. With 22 years of experience in multi-residential real estate development, he spent nearly 20 years with a major real estate developer, where he held the position of Vice President. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the design and development of over a thousand housing units across the Greater Montreal area.
françois deschamps,
project manager
François Deschamps began his career in construction as a general contractor, working independently for about ten years, building residential projects primarily on the South Shore of Montreal. Joining the team at Altnor Construction Inc. in 2020, he took on the role of license holder for Altnor’s contractor license and holds Novoclimat certification. Over the years, François Deschamps has demonstrated extensive expertise in the various aspects of construction and project management. He has significant experience in the construction of condominium residential projects and rental housing, both in the private and institutional sectors.
